P&N Bank has been recognised alongside other Western Australian business leaders and organisations at the prestigious Australian Institute of Management WA Pinnacle Awards.
The Innovation Excellence category provides recognition for an organisation that has achieved outstanding results through key initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to excellence in innovation.
P&N was named the Innovation Excellence Award winner in acknowledgment of the innovative work done to enhance customer experience.
The award recognised P&N's investment in innovative digital banking products and solutions, namely the Bank's Australian first instant digital card technology. P&N's instant digital card technology allows customers to open an account online and have access to a digital debit card straight away, and also enables the cancelation and digital replacement of a lost/stolen debit or credit card immediately via Internet Banking or the P&N app.
The second component of the award win was P&N's innovative approach to adopting and integrating robotics process automation. Working with specialist partners, P&N is at the forefront of developing automated operational processes, allowing staff to instead focus on adding value for customers.
In accepting the Award, P&N Bank General Manager Business Transformation, Jill Marks said the Award was an outstanding honour and great acknowledgment of P&N's continued focus on business process improvement to deliver superior outcomes for customers.
