WA’s customer-owned P&N Bank has released a new cashback offer which will see eligible new purchase and refinance applications take home a $3,000 windfall.
While most financial institutions limit the eligibility of cashback offers to refinances from other financial institutions, this unique offer is also available to eligible owner occupiers and investors purchasing new or established properties who take out a new home loan with P&N Bank.
In announcing the offer, P&N Bank Acting Senior Manager Retail Distribution, Gemma Hay, said the cashback incentive for eligible new home loan customers was a unique proposition for the industry.
“Cashbacks are typically only available for customers who are looking to refinance from other banks, and P&N is one of the few banks in Australia to also extend a cashback offer to customers looking to purchase a new home,” Ms Hay said.
“As a customer-owned bank, P&N does not make profits for third party shareholders and is instead able to provide highly competitive home loan offers to benefit our customers.
“In the current low interest rate environment, there’s never been a better time for new home buyers or existing home loan borrowers looking to refinance to capitalise on our low fixed, variable and split rate home loans and take up this new unique cashback offer.
“Whether you’re a new home buyer, investor or looking to refinance, P&N delivers an attractive proposition for those West Australians who wish to save money, enjoy great service and belong to a bank that exists solely for them.”
The offer is available for a limited time and the following eligibility criteria apply:
