The Australian Bankers’ Association (ABA) has received reports of a survey scam catching some members of the public off guard.
Criminals are calling consumers and claiming to be conducting a phone survey on customer satisfaction for the ABA.
They are asking questions such as:
They then request personal and banking details such as account numbers, PINs and internet banking passwords.
