P&N Bank, WA’s largest locally owned and managed bank, has been awarded Best Bank at the national Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards in Melbourne.
Accepting the award, P&N CEO, Andrew Hadley said it was so pleasing that a WA customer-owned bank such as P&N had taken out this Australia-wide award ahead of the major banks and the larger regional banks.
“This award, based on Roy Morgan’s independent 12 month survey, is a tribute to our staff who consistently go above and beyond to provide our members with exceptional service.
“At P&N, we have a strong focus on those who bank with us, our members, without the concern of third party shareholders like the listed banks. Awards such as this clearly demonstrate the value that we offer as a genuine alternative to the majors banks,” Mr Hadley concluded.
