P&N Bank hosted its Annual General Meeting on Monday 13 November at Perth Arena. All P&N Bank shareholding members were invited to attend and have their say in the future direction of the company.
In the lead up to the meeting, all members were asked to vote in the Directors' Election and resolutions affecting the governance of the Board and changes to the Constitution.
The two vacancies on the Board will be filled by re-elected Chair, Paul Gabb and Kellie Properjohn, Assistant Commissioner in the WA Police.
Kellie brings to the Board a wealth of experience and passion, having been a member of P&N Bank for over 30 years.
All resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite majority vote.

The AGM provides members the chance to hear from the Chair and the Chief Executive Officer on P&N's performance during the financial year, as well as take the floor to ask questions of the Board.
