P&N was awarded a satisfaction rating of 96% and the Roy Morgan Australian Bank of the Month for November. Customer satisfaction of all Australian banks is measured by Roy Morgan Research as part of their Customer Satisfaction Monitor.
This is the third consecutive month P&N has been named Bank of the Month by Roy Morgan, having also topped the national rankings in September and October.
Selina Duncalf, General Manager Member Experience at P&N Bank said this award is testament to the Bank's strong member focus.
