I'm very pleased to inform our members that P&N Bank will join other iconic WA brands in the heart of Perth's CBD when it moves its Head Office location to 556 Wellington St, Kings Square (KS1) in April next year.
Having been located at our Stirling Street Head Office for 10 years, it's time to develop a modern, flexible new Head Office workplace to service the needs of our members over the next decade.
Our Stirling Street lease was undertaken at a time when occupancy costs were significantly higher than they are now. With that lease coming to an end, the opportunity to leverage great leasing rates while developing a more contemporary Head Office model for our staff, will better enable P&N to continue to deliver exceptional experiences to our members long into the future.
Digitisation and flexible ways of working are rapidly influencing workplace design, so it's important to provide our staff with an updated workplace to enable them to continue to bring P&N's unique member benefits to life. Our team will benefit from a modern, technologically improved workplace while being a part of the vibrant, central location of Kings Square close to the amenity of Yagan Square, Northbridge, the Perth Arena, and public transport options.
A further benefit of the move will see a strong CBD brand presence for P&N with high profile building signage negotiated as part of the 10 year lease.
As an established and prominent WA organisation, it only seems fitting that the P&N brand will be located in the heart of Perth.
The new location will complement our existing Perth Discovery Store at 181 St George's Terrace, our investment in our new Bull Creek branch and design improvements of our Joondalup, Maddington and Innaloo branches.
As a customer-owned organisation that has served West Australians for over 40 years, this move is an exciting development for everyone who has banked with us in the past and those new customers who will join P&N going forward.
