We are pleased to welcome Mr Monish Paul to P&N Bank’s Brand Advisory Council, following the launch of the new initiative in July this year.
The Advisory Council formed one of the key strategic commitments made to members as part of the merger with bcu in 2019 and is a unique feature of the P&N Group multi-brand model.
Mr Paul has had an extensive career in shaping and executing corporate strategy and digital transformation, having worked across a range of industries both in the public and private sector, and is currently a Board Director for Western Power and Landgate.
With substantial executive experience working for IBM, Deloitte, Arthur Andersen and the Federal and WA State Governments, Mr Paul has advised ASX 200 clients on the intersection of technology and business reinvention in Australia, spanning design, development and execution to transform organisations.
P&N Bank General Manager, Ms Anna Pearce, said Mr Paul will be an asset to the Brand Advisory Council.
“I believe Mr Paul’s experience, unique skill set, networks and standing within the community will provide a valuable contribution to the current Council,” Ms Pearce said.
“The Advisory Council has conducted two meetings in 2020, focussing on building P&N’s profile, performance and delivery, ensuring we continue to invest in growth and provide an exceptional customer experience to our members.”
On his appointment, Mr Paul said “I am really looking forward to helping the P&N Bank Customer and Brand strategy come to life in my capacity as a member of the Brand Advisory Council.”
Mr Paul joins current Councillors Dr Brian Handley (Marketing Consultant), Lorna MacGregor (CEO, Lifeline WA ), Catriona Linney (Senior Digital & Marketing Advisor, Lennox Hill ) and Mark Glasson (Managing Director, Anglicare), who were also selected for their senior leadership experience and alignment of their diverse skill sets with P&N Bank’s strategic direction.
Alongside the P&N Bank senior leaders, the Councillors are focussed on optimising the prosperity, reach and profile of P&N Bank and are working to positively influence and advocate on behalf of the brand to enable more West Australians to discover the benefits of banking with P&N Bank.
