On Saturday 24 October P&N Bank will reach an exciting milestone following the P&N and bcu merger last year, when bcu merges onto P&N’s banking systems. While we are converting bcu onto our systems we will experience some unavoidable system restrictions throughout the day limiting services at our branches and Contact Centre.
We thank members for their patience while we complete this system work and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Below we have outlined the restrictions that P&N members may experience.
Contact Centre – our Contact Centre will remain open from 9am-5pm on Saturday 24 October, however our staff will not be able to complete transactions on your behalf, such as transferring funds, bill payment, card queries and Internet Banking management (including password resets and limit increases). Our staff will have access to view your accounts and walk you through how to complete transactions through Internet Banking or the Mobile App.
P&N Branch temporary closure – All P&N branches will be closed on Saturday 24th October including Joondalup, Whitfords, Warwick, Morley, Maddington, Success and Rockingham. All branches will resume regular trading hours from Monday 26 October.
Internet Banking and the Mobile App – There may be a potential short term outage to P&N Bank Internet Banking and Mobile App on the night of Saturday 24 October. The Mobile App and Internet Banking will be available throughout the rest of the weekend.
