Cyclone relief for our members

P&N Bank is saddened to see many fellow West Australians being impacted by Cyclone Seroja in Kalbarri, Northampton and the surrounding areas.

We have a range of Cyclone Relief options available for members who reside in the impacted zone, or members whose income is directly impacted by the cyclone and we urge those members to call us on 13 25 77.

Some relief options include:

  • Access to emergency funds without fees or charges.
  • Ability to redeem term deposits early without penalty.
  • Access to a range of options should you need assistance with home loan, personal loan or credit card repayments.
  • Waiving of selected fees and charges.  

Our Contact Centre is available on 13 25 77, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.

Insurance claims

QBE assessors, builders and other service providers are mobilising quickly. If you have an urgent need for emergency ‘make safe’ repairs, temporary accommodation or emergency cash payments, you can call 1300 734 728 or send an email to [email protected] with ‘URGENTin the subject line.

For insurance claims and questions please call the MemberCare Claims line on 1300 734 728 or email [email protected]. The claims line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

When authorities have deemed it safe to return to your property please remember to:

  • Take photographs or videos of any damage to help our assessors with your claim.
  • Discard any damaged goods that may pose a health-risk. Don’t forget to take photographs
    and, if safe to do so, keep a sample of the material to show our assessors.
  • Be aware of scammers offering assistance with claims or repairs. Always contact us first to ensure the works are authorised by a reputable company that guarantees its work.
