Festive fitness events

Leighton beach swin

Over the festive season, it’s easy to get caught up in a whirlwind of parties, food and drinks. Join the masses at one of our favourite community fitness events to balance out the plum pudding effect.

It’s a fine balance over the festive season, indulging in all the seasonal delights (cough, mince pies) and the endless rotation of fabulous events while maintaining some semblance of a waistline. Getting up the morning after a very festive work party or eggnog-doused family catch up is much easier when you’re joining hundreds of others. Use the ‘power of &’ this festive season and sign yourself up for a fun fitness event - the endorphin rush will make you jollier than ever.
