P&N Bank has been recognised as 'Market Leader – Mutual Banks' and 'Personnel Leader' in the 2025 Broker Pulse Third-Party Lending Report. Based on feedback from 1,000 residential brokers, P&N ranked as the strongest third-party channel offering among the nine mutual banks surveyed. These results reflect our ongoing commitment to strong broker relationships, competitive home loan solutions, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

MFAA WA State Awards 2025

We're proud to share P&N Bank was named winner of the Mutual/Credit Union Lender Award at the 2025 State Excellence Awards!  This is the fourth year running we've taken out this award.

The award recognises the team’s strong relationships with Western Australian brokers and highlights their professionalism and efforts within the industry. It also highlights the efforts being undertaken across P&N to invest in the suggestions of our brokers to improve our broker experience. This win reflects the outstanding quality of work everyone across our organisation puts in to deliver an exceptional experience to our brokers and customers.

Mozo Small Business Awards 2025

We’re proud to share that P&N Bank has been recognised as a national leader in small business banking, taking out a win in the 2025 Mozo Experts Choice Awards.

P&N Bank received the award for its Business Account in the Small Business Exceptional Everyday Account category. The award recognises products that offer outstanding value to customers — and our winning account delivers exactly that, with no account-keeping fees and unlimited free electronic transactions.

Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards

We are proud to be named Bank of the Year for 2023 and 2024 in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Roy Morgan tracks customer satisfaction, trust, engagement, loyalty, advocacy, and Net Promoter Scores across a wide range of industries and brands. Monthly Customer Satisfaction winners are recorded in each category throughout the year, with the annual award going to the company with the most monthly wins.

P&N Bank secured six consecutive monthly wins from January to June in both 2023 and 2024, earning the highest 12-month satisfaction score and securing the Bank of the Year title for two consecutive years.

MFAA WA State Excellent Awards 2024

We were awarded the WA Mutual/Credit Union Lender Award by the MFAA. The annual awards recognise MFAA members who have excelled in areas including customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth, and innovation.

RateCity Gold Awards 2024

Three of our home loans were recognised in the RateCity Home Loan awards.

Our & Basic Home Loan was awarded with the Best Small Deposit Home Loan award.

Our & Investor Home Loan was awarded with the Best Investor Variable Loan award.

And last but not least, our Fixed Home Loan - 2 Year was awarded the Best Investor 2-Year Fixed Interest Only Home Loan award.
