Andrew Hadley

Chief Executive Officer

CEO of the organisation since 2014, Andrew’s knowledge and experience has been gained from more than 25 years in the financial services industry.

In his early career Andrew led the retail banking network for Australia’s largest customer owned financial institution before taking on other group executive roles in strategy, marketing and operations.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia (1990), a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia (2004) and has also completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School (2009). He is also a member of CEOs for Gender Equity (WA).


Anna Pearce

General Manager P&N Bank

Anna is a professional executive with a proven track record in senior leadership roles across a range of banking functions. A strong general manager with skills and experience in retail sales and service, operations, brand strategy, digital, marketing, corporate affairs, project management, product development and risk. A proven track record leading large strategic and customer facing-teams. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Mktg and Comms) and joined the Bank in 1996.

Michael Ribbens

Michael has been with the Bank since 2016 and has held the roles of Chief Finance Officer as well as Chief Risk Officer. With more than 35 years of banking experience, Michael has specialist experience in strategy formulation, leading large teams with demonstrated experience in all facets of banking from front line sales to risk, finance, IT and back office operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business (Acctg).

Brendon Comrie

Chief Risk Officer

Brendon has been with the organisation since 2018 and has more than 20 years' banking experience, having held senior roles within global banks, regional banks and the mutual sector. Brendon’s primary expertise is in Risk Management, Compliance, Credit, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategy. Brendon holds a BSoc Sci and an LLB degree.

Patrick Jodas

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining the organisation in 2018, Patrick held senior positions at both PwC and Barclays/Africa and his last role was Chief Financial Officer for Barclays Africa’s banking operations outside of South Africa. Patrick has more than 20 years’ experience built in finance and operations and has a successful record for change transformation and is passionate about embracing new emerging trends and innovations. Patrick has a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and a Masters in Positive Leadership and Strategy. He is also a Chartered Accountant (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants).


Phil Thistlethwaite

Chief Transformation Officer

Phil has extensive experience at board and executive levels across cultures and geographies and has a strong commercially-orientated understanding of business and technology. During his career, Phil has led or been part of the leadership team on transformation programs on Asia Pacific, European and global scales and has overseen a client portfolio that has delivered client growth and transformation in areas such as IT, leadership, banking, marketing, sales, finance, human resources and operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.


Warren Willis

Chief Information Officer

Warren has almost 30 years’ experience across various industries and technology/consulting vendors. He has extensive experience in leading the development of IT strategy and architecture, cloud/infrastructure operations, software development, project delivery and product strategy, including the management of remote global teams. This experience has included core system development, CRM, global SaaS product operations, integration and digital capabilities.

Warren has a Bachelor Of Business from Curtin University.

Christine Mackenzie

Christine MacKenzie

Chief People Officer

Christine has over 20 years’ experience in global financial services across Europe and Asia Pacific; her most recent roles being Regional HR Director in Singapore for TD Securities (Canada) and previously RBS Group (UK). Christine brings a wealth of experience in change, mergers and acquisitions and integration. Her credentials include long-standing experience of managing large and distributed multi-disciplinary HR teams and building cultures of high performance and engagement. Christine holds a Science BSc Honours.

Erik Fenna

General Manager Technology Transformation

Erik has been with the business for over six years, previously the CEO of standard body LIXI Limited and the CIO of mortgage broker aggregator AFG. Erik’s background is in data and voice networking, and he has a BSC in Mathematics from Canada and an MBA from UWA in Perth.

Kim Radalj

General Manager Strategy & Corporate Development

Having worked for the business since 2015, Kim leads the development and implementation of P&N's strategic planning framework, working with the team to shape the vision, purpose and strategic priorities of the Group. He is a CFA Charterholder and member of CFA Institute.

Jamie Calder

Jamie Calder

General Manager Transformation Delivery

Jamie joined P&N Group in 2021 with extensive experience working in financial services companies in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia.

Jamie brings a wealth of executive experience in leading large technology teams in a banking multi-brand environment, leading complex systems integration and building the voice of customer into application and software development.

Craig Newman

Craig Newman

Acting General Manager Business Optimisation

Having joined P&N Bank in 2012, Craig has over 20 years’ experience in banking across commercial, retail and private banking within both lending and operations.

Craig has championed the establishment of P&N Group’s business process improvement and robotics capability, developing and growing the function to realise the benefits of Robotic Process Automation to improve the customer experience.


Michele Ryan

Acting General Counsel and Company Secretary

Michele joined P&N Group in 2021, with a legal background in corporate and governance advice, banking and finance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and regulatory compliance.
