CEO of the organisation since 2014, Andrew’s knowledge and experience has been gained from more than 25 years in the financial services industry.
In his early career Andrew led the retail banking network for Australia’s largest customer owned financial institution before taking on other group executive roles in strategy, marketing and operations.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia (1990), a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia (2004) and has also completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School (2009). He is also a member of CEOs for Gender Equity (WA).
General Manager P&N Bank
Anna is a professional executive with a proven track record in senior leadership roles across a range of banking functions. A strong general manager with skills and experience in retail sales and service, operations, brand strategy, digital, marketing, corporate affairs, project management, product development and risk. A proven track record leading large strategic and customer facing-teams. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Mktg and Comms) and joined the Bank in 1996.

Michael has been with the Bank since 2016 and has held the roles of Chief Finance Officer as well as Chief Risk Officer. With more than 35 years of banking experience, Michael has specialist experience in strategy formulation, leading large teams with demonstrated experience in all facets of banking from front line sales to risk, finance, IT and back office operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business (Acctg).
General Manager Specialist Lending
Lindsay has held both Executive and Board roles within the financial and fintech sector for over 20 years. Lindsay has a wealth of retail and commercial banking experience in a variety of Executive positions and is a member of the ALCO and Credit Committee. Lindsay holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business, and is a MAICD.
Chief Risk Officer
Brendon has been with the organisation since 2018 and has more than 20 years' banking experience, having held senior roles within global banks, regional banks and the mutual sector. Brendon’s primary expertise is in Risk Management, Compliance, Credit, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategy. Brendon holds a BSoc Sci and an LLB degree.
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining the organisation in 2018, Patrick held senior positions at both PwC and Barclays/Africa and his last role was Chief Financial Officer for Barclays Africa’s banking operations outside of South Africa. Patrick has more than 20 years’ experience built in finance and operations and has a successful record for change transformation and is passionate about embracing new emerging trends and innovations. Patrick has a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and a Masters in Positive Leadership and Strategy. He is also a Chartered Accountant (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants).
Chief Transformation Officer
Phil has extensive experience at board and executive levels across cultures and geographies and has a strong commercially-orientated understanding of business and technology. During his career, Phil has led or been part of the leadership team on transformation programs on Asia Pacific, European and global scales and has overseen a client portfolio that has delivered client growth and transformation in areas such as IT, leadership, banking, marketing, sales, finance, human resources and operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
General Manager People & Culture
Mark is one of the longest serving members in management. He leads the People & Culture division with a strong focus on inclusion and authenticity and is passionate about employee engagement, cultural development and the future of work as well as contemporary issues surrounding mental health and suicide prevention at work. Mark has had over 20 years' senior management experience within Financial Services and has headed up Human Resources, Organisation Development and Training and Development. Mark has a Bachelor of Business degree and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management from Curtin University.
Chief Information Officer
Erik has been with the business for over five years as CIO, previously the CEO of standard body LIXI Limited and the CIO of mortgage broker aggregator AFG. Erik’s background is in data and voice networking, and he has a BSC in Mathematics from Canada and an MBA from UWA in Perth.
General Manager Strategy & Corporate Development
Having worked for the business since 2015, Kim leads the development and implementation of P&N's strategic planning framework, working with the team to shape the vision, purpose and strategic priorities of the Group. He is a CFA Charterholder and member of CFA Institute.
General Manager Business Optimisation
Jill joined P&N Bank in 2015 and leads the Business Transformation team. She has over thirty years' experience leading banking operations in Australia and the UK.
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Jennifer joined the Bank in 2019, having previously held the General Counsel and Company Secretary role from 2015-2017. With over 30 years' banking and finance, restructuring and corporate law experience. Jennifer has been a partner of an Australian law firm based in Perth and a US law firm based in London and Moscow (managing the Moscow office), managing lawyer of the Hanoi office of another Australian law firm and in-house counsel of three banks based in London, Beijing and now Perth respectively. Jennifer holds a B.Juris and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia. Admitted as a solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1987 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1991.
