Western Australia’s customer-owned bank, P&N Bank has announced the appointment of Angela Newland to the position of General Manager, P&N Bank effective 20 October 2021.
P&N Group CEO, Andrew Hadley said that he is very much looking forward to Angela joining the Group’s executive team and building on the strong foundations of customer loyalty, growth and community connection that P&N Bank enjoys in WA.
“Angela is recognised as an experienced executive leader who has a great track record of delivering positive customer outcomes and working with customer-owned brands.
“As we continue to evolve our bank, Angela will play an instrumental role in developing P&N Bank’s offering and presence in WA.
“I’m pleased that she has chosen to take the next step in her career with us and offer her a warm welcome,” Hadley said.
Joining P&N Bank from Synergy, Newland has most recently been responsible for the customer experience of over one million Synergy retail customers.
With more than 25 years’ experience including several executive leadership roles, Newland’s career has been built on customer strategy, insights, journey mapping and channel optimisation, leading high performing teams and developing strong business partnerships.
She has worked in the UK and Australia including seven years at HBF Health Ltd as well as roles with GE Finance and Vodafone.
Newland says that she is excited to be joining WA’s P&N Bank and the broader P&N Group.
