P&N Bank has recently been awarded ‘Most Recommended Customer Owned Bank’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ at the 2023 DBM Financial Awards.
Each year, DBM contacts over 80,000 Australian consumers and businesses for the DBM Atlas survey, the largest financial services research program in the country. The survey collects feedback on the experiences of customers with their financial institutions. It’s heartening to be named as a winner, as a direct result of customer votes. This is an incredible result as P&N was measured against all other banks in Australia including the majors.
