Request to cancel and close a credit card

Please complete the below form to request a cancellation of your Visa Credit card.

You can also request for your card to be cancelled using internet banking or the mobile app. To do this, go to Manage cards, select your credit card, and choose the option to cancel your card. Alternatively, visit your local branch or call us on 13 25 77 and we can assist.

Cancel credit card and close credit card account

We will be unable to process your request if there is an amount outstanding on your credit card account or there are transactions pending. You will need to pay these amounts.

You should ensure that any regular payments/Direct Debits are cancelled prior to submitting a request to close your credit card account. You may be liable for transactions you have authorised that may be presented after closure of your account within Visa usage industry time-frames.
