Request to reduce a credit card limit

Please complete the below form to request a limit reduction on your Visa Credit card.

You can also request for your limit to be reduced using internet banking or the Mobile App. To do this, go to Manage cards, select your credit card, and follow the prompts to reduce your credit limit. Alternatively, visit your local branch or call us on 13 25 77 and we can assist.

Please note you cannot reduce your credit limit below the minimum credit limit applicable to your credit card account (the minimum credit limit for Visa Platinum is $6,000 and for all other Visa credit cards is $1,000) or the outstanding balance on your credit card account.

You will need to reduce the balance of your account below the limit requested.
