
Security codes (or secure codes) offer an extra layer of protection for your internet banking. Once registered, you'll be asked to enter a code when completing certain actions like making payments to new external payees, processing batch payments, changing your password, or updating your contact details.
P&N Bank provides two secure code options: via SMS or through the Symantec VIP Access App.
Secure SMS is the most common option, but if you have unreliable data coverage, you might prefer the Symantec VIP Access App to generate secure codes.
These codes are used to authenticate your transactions. Never share your secure code with anyone, especially over the phone.
