The following fees and charges may apply to all credit cards.

These should be read in conjunction with the fees and charges specified for the product on their individual product pages.

Card replacement fee For the replacement of a lost or damaged Visa Credit card.

Emergency Card Replacement Fee For the issue of a temporary emergency Visa Credit card, to temporarily replace a lost, stolen or damaged Visa Credit card.
Declined	$70.00
Approved	$320.00
Visa Chargeback Request Fee When a cardholder raises a dispute relating to a card transaction.	$25.00

Late Payment Notification Fee Charged when a payment to a credit card becomes overdue by 11 days and 30 days.	$5.00
Notice of Demand Fee Charged when a payment to a credit card becomes overdue by 46 days.	$75.00
Management Administration Fee Charged monthly when a payment to a credit card becomes overdue by more than 90 days.	$50.00
Collection Agent Administration Fee Payable when a payment to a credit card becomes overdue for more than 90 days and we choose to engage an external collection agent.	$100.00

Visa Foreign Currency Conversion Payable when you make a transaction using your Visa Credit or Visa Debit card: in a foreign currency using either online or at a merchant point of sale (irrespective of where the transaction occurs); or in Australian Dollars when either the merchant or its financial institution/payment processor is located overseas. Please note: It may also not always be clear that the merchant or its financial/payment processor is located or registered outside Australia.	3% of the transaction’s value in AUD
