To set up a membership and accounts for your formal trusts or superannuation fund memberships, you will need to provide original or original certified copies as detailed below:
Prepare your documents
You will need to provide a full copy of the signed, executed trust deed.
Attend a branch
All trustees and appointors must attend a branch with the required documents and primary photo identification or return certified copies to:

Complete and sign a non personal membership application form and finalise your membership.
