1. This Promotion is named as follows: P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Double Silver Membership Competition – October 2025.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Promotion is being conducted in Western Australia only.
5. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 8.00am (AWST) on 20/10/2025 and closes at 11.00pm (AWST) on 31/10/2025.
6. There is one Prize for the Promotion, consisting of two adult Silver Memberships for the NBL27 Wildcats Season. Each membership includes:
a. Reserved seating to all 14 regular season home games
b. Priority pre-sale access & discounts on finals tickets
c. Access to post-game members functions at home games & member-only events
d. 10% discount off full priced merchandise apparel online, in-store and on game days
e. Voting rights for the members MVP award
f. Member exclusive communications (e-news) and member-only offers from our partners
7. The Prize is valued at $2198 inc. gst. Each individual adult silver membership is valued at $1,099.
8. During the Promotion Period the Promotion may be promoted on social media posts (Promotion Posts) on the P&N Bank Facebook page and/or Instagram page and on Perth Wildcats social media and communications channels. In each Promotion Post there will be a link to an Entry Form hosted on a P&N Bank landing page.
9. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be a resident of Western Australia;
b. be 18 years or older;
c. during the Promotion Period fill in the Entry Form by providing the requested information including your name, a current email address and telephone number.
10. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotions are not eligible to participate in the Promotions.
11. Eligible participants may enter the Promotion only once.
12. There is no fee for entry into any of the Promotions.
13. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth on Thursday, 6 November 2025 at approximately 11.00am AWST. The Prize Draw will be observed by a PNL Senior Manager.
14. The Eligible Participant whose entries is the first valid entry randomly selected from all entries at the draw will be the Winner for the draw. We offer the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
15. There will be one Winner in the Promotion.
16. The Winner will be notified by either telephone or email on the day of the Prize Draw.
17. To accept and redeem the Prize, a Winner must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. following notification of their win, contact the Promoter before 5.00pm AWST on 20 November 2025;
c. consent to P&N Bank providing their contact details to Perth Wildcats Basketball Pty Ltd ABN 16 162 327 077 (Perth Wildcats); and
d. comply with any electronic voucher redemption and/or booking processes as required by the Perth Wildcats.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances:
a. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions; or
b. if a Winner does not contact P&N Bank before 5.00pm AWST on 20 November 2025, following notification of their win.
19. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by the Promoter.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
21. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of any Prize between the commencement of each Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
22. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available at P&N Bank.
24. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties because of a Winner’s use of a Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner because of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a prize.
25. The Winner agrees to:
a. participate and cooperate as required in editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grant the Promotor a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
26. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference, payment, or other compensation to that entrant. 27. Perth Wildcats is not the promoter for any of these Promotions, and any queries should be directed to P&N Bank.
28. Facebook and Instagram are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta). All entrants:
a. fully release Meta from all liability arising out of these Promotions;
b. acknowledge that the Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta; and
c. understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Promotion is disclosed to the Promoter and not Meta.
