1. These Promotions are named as follows:
a. the Perth Wildcats Home Game General Admission Tickets Giveaway – September 2025 Promotion (September Promotion);
b. the Perth Wildcats Home Game General Admission Tickets Giveaway – October 2025 Promotion (October Promotion);
c. the Perth Wildcats Home Game General Admission Tickets Giveaway – December 2025 Promotion (December Promotion);
d. the Perth Wildcats Home Game General Admission Tickets Giveaway – February 2025 Promotion (February Promotion); and
2. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promoter is Police & Nurses Limited (P&N Bank ), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/(including in the event that the Perth Wildcats game that the Prize is for is cancelled, rescheduling or subject to a venue change)PropAustralian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
4. The Promotions are being conducted in Western Australia only.
5. The Promotion Period for each Promotion is as follows:
a. for the September Promotion, the Promotion Period commences at 9.00am (AWST) on 10 September 2025 and closes at 9.00am (AWST) on 16 September 2025;
b. for the October Promotion, the Promotion Period commences at 9.00am (AWST) on 14 October 2025 and closes at 9.00am (AWST) on 20 October 2025;
c. for the December Promotion, the Promotion Period commences at 9.00am (AWST) on 25 November 2025 and closes at 9.00am (AWST) on 02 December 2025;
d. for the February Promotion, the Promotion Period commences at 9.00am (AWST) on 10 February 2025 and closes at 9.00am (AWST) on 17 February 2026; and
6. There is one Prize for each Promotion, consisting of two General Admission tickets to a Perth Wildcats game played at the RAC Arena in Perth during the 2025/2026 National Basketball League Regular Season as follows:
a. for the September Promotion, the tickets are for the Perth Wildcats game played on 20 September 2025;
b. for the October Promotion, the tickets are for the Perth Wildcats game played on 25 October 2025;
c. for the December Promotion, the tickets are for the Perth Wildcats game played on 07 December 2025;
d. for the February Promotion, the tickets are for the Perth Wildcats game played on 20 February 2025.
7. Each Prize is valued at $280 , with the total prize pool across all Promotions being $1,120.
8. At approximately 9.00am (AWST) on the first day of each Promotion Period, P&N Bank will share on its Facebook page and/or Instagram page a post relating to the Perth Wildcats (Promotion Post).
9. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be a resident of Western Australia;
b. be 18 years or older;
c. during the Promotion Period:
i. follow or already be following @PNBankwa on Facebook or @pnbankwa on Instagram;
ii. like the Promotion Post on either Facebook or Instagram during the Promotion Period; and
iii. tag someone in the comments of the Promotion Post;
d. not have been a Winner in any previous “Perth Wildcats Home General Admission Tickets 2025/26 Giveaway” Promotion.
10. Employees of the P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
11. Eligible participants may enter each month’s Promotion only once.
12. There is no fee for entry into any of the Promotions.
13. A Prize Draw for each Promotion will take place at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth as follows:
a. for the September Promotion, on 16 September 2025 at approximately 10.00am AWST;
b. for the October Promotion, on 21 October 2025 at approximately 10.00am AWST;
c. for the December Promotion, on 2 December 2025 at approximately 10.00am AWST;
d. for the February Promotion, on 17 January 2025; at approximately 10.00am AWST;
Each Prize Draw will be observed by a P&N Bank Senior Manager. Prize Draws are not open to the public.
14. The Eligible Participant whose entry is the first valid entry randomly selected from all entries at each draw will be the Winner for that Prize Draw. We offer the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
15. There will be one Winner in each Promotion.
16. The Winner will be announced via a story on both Instagram and Facebook message on the day of the Prize Draw.
17. To accept and redeem the Prize, the Winner must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. following notification of their win, contact P&N Bank before 5.00pm AWST on the day of the Prize Draw via direct message; and
c. consent to the Promoter providing their contact details to the Perth Wildcats Pty Ltd, ABN 16 162 327 077 of 201 Underwood Avenue, Floreat WA 6014, (Perth Wildcats);
d. and comply with any electronic voucher redemption requirement, booking processes, or event terms and conditions as required by the Perth Wildcats.
18. P&N Bank reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances:
a. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions; or
b. if a Winner does not contact P&N Bank before 5.00pm AWST on the day of the Prize Draw, following notification of their win.
19. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of P&N Bank. P&N Bank’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by P&N Bank.
20. P&N Bank reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
21. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. P&N Bank is not responsible for any variation in the value of any Prize between the commencement of each Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
22. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, at the time of the Prize Draw then P&N Bank reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available at P&N Bank.
24. P&N Bank does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties for use of a Prize. P&N Bank is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner as a result of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a Prize (including in the event that the Perth Wildcats game that a Prize is for is cancelled, rescheduled or subject to a venue change).
25. The Winner agrees to:
a. participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grant the Promotor a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
26. P&N Bank collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that P&N Bank may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to that entrant. 27. Perth Wildcats is not the promoter for any of these Promotions, and any queries should be directed to P&N Bank.
28. Facebook and Instagram are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta). All entrants:
a. fully release Meta from all liability arising out of these Promotions;
b. acknowledge that the Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta; and
c. understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Promotion is disclosed to P&N Bank and not Meta.
