1. P&N Bank is offering 20 places for children aged eight to twelve to attend an exclusive P&N Bank presented Perth Wildcats basketball clinic to be held on 14 October 2026 from 5pm to 6pm at the Bendat Basketball Centre (201 Underwood Ave, Floreat WA 6014) (Wildcats Clinic).
2. Registrations for the Wildcats Clinic open 9:00am (AWST) on 7 September 2026 and close at 12.00pm (AWST) on 18 September 2026 (Registration Period).
3. Registrations for the Wildcats Clinic can be made on the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Clinic webpage.
4. To be eligible to register a child for the Wildcats Clinic you must:
a. be a resident of Western Australia;
b. be a customer of P&N Bank and be the parent or guardian of a child aged 8 to 12 years who is being registered during the Registration Period to attend the Wildcats Clinic;
OR
be the parent or guardian of a child aged 8 to 12 years who holds a P&N Bank bank account and who is being registered during the Registration Period to attend the Wildcats Clinic; and
c. complete the required registration form during the Registration Period including by providing all requested information including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, full name and age of child seeking to be registered for the Wildcats Clinic.
5. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Perth Wildcats are not eligible to register for the Wildcats Clinic.
6. Only one registration may be made per child
7. There is no fee for entry into this promotion.
How to accept a place if you are offered one
8. Places are limited and will be offered to first eligible 20 children registered on a first come basis.
9. If your child is offered a place at the Wildcats Clinic, we will notify you by email after the Registration Period has closed.
10. To accept a place in the clinic for your child you must:
a. contact us within the time and by the means stated in the email offering you place to confirm your child’s attendance;
b. consent to us providing your and your child’s details to the Perth Wildcats for the purpose of attending the Wildcats Clinic;
c. provide any waiver and accept any terms and conditions required by the Perth Wildcats for attendance at the Wildcats Clinic;
d. be able to transport yourself and your child to and from the Wildcats Clinic and supervise your child for the duration of the Wildcats Clinic; and
e. otherwise demonstrate that you can comply with these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions required by the Perth Wildcats or the Bendat Basketball Centre.
11. If you are not offered a place in the Wildcats Clinic, you agree that P&N Bank may keep yours and/or your child’s details on a waitlist and may offer you a place for your child should additional places become available for the Wildcats Clinic.
Promotional activities
12. By attending the Wildcats Clinic, you agree that:
a. you and your child will participate and cooperate as reasonably required in editorial activities relating to the clinic, including photographs and video footage being taken during the clinic and being interviewed; and
b. you grant P&N Bank a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such photographs and footage in all media worldwide, including social media sites; and
c. you will not be entitled to any fee or attribution for such use.
General
13. P&Ns determination of the validity of a registration or acceptance of a place in the Wildcats Clinic is at its sole and exclusive discretion and is final.
14. Places in the Wildcats Clinic are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
15. The time and location of the Wildcats Clinic is subject to change, and it may also be cancelled for reasons beyond P&N Bank’s control. P&N Bank will where possible provide you with notice of any change or cancellation to the Wildcats Clinic.
16. The Perth Wildcats provide the Wildcats Clinic, and not P&N Bank. P&N Bank does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by the Perth Wildcats or other third parties associated with the Wildcats Clinic. P&N Bank is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by any registration for or attendance at the Wildcats Clinic.
17. P&N Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained because of attending the Wildcats Clinic. P&N Bank make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Wildcats Clinic or any goods or services offered in connection with the Wildcats Clinic. To the extent permitted by law, P&N Bank is not liable for any loss suffered to any person or damage to any property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by P&N Bank or the Perth Wildcats, in connection with the arrangement of the Wildcats Clinic or any attendance of the Wildcats Clinic.
Your personal information
18. P&N Bank collects personal information to offer and provide the Wildcats Clinic in accordance with these terms and conditions. If you do not provide the requested information, P&N Bank may not be able to register your child for the Wildcats Clinic or your child may not be able to attend if offered a place.
