TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND ENTRY

1. P&N Bank is offering 40 places for children aged eight to twelve to attend an exclusive P&N Bank presented Perth Wildcats basketball clinic to be held on 17 October 2025 from 3:45pm to 5:30pm at the Bendat Basketball Centre (201 Underwood Ave, Floreat WA 6014).

How to register

2. Registrations for the clinic open 9:00am on 22 September 2025 and close at 12.00pm on 3 October 2025.

3. Registrations can be made on the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats Kids’ Clinic webpage.

4. To be eligible to register you must:

a. be a resident of Western Australia; 

b. be a customer of P&N Bank and be the parent or guardian of a child aged 8 to 12 years who is being registered to attend the clinic;
OR
be the parent or guardian of a child aged 8 to 12 years who holds a P&N Bank bank account and who is being registered to attend the clinic; and

c. complete the required registration form including by providing all requested information including your name, email address, telephone number, name and age of child seeking to be registered for the clinic.

5. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Perth Wildcats are not eligible to register.

6. Only one registration may be made per child.

How to accept a place if you are offered one

7.  Places are limited and will be offered to first eligible 40 children registered on a first come basis. 

8. If you are to be offered a place in the clinic, we will notify you by email after the registration period has closed. 

9. To accept a place in the clinic you must:

a. contact us within the time and by the means stated in the email offering you place to confirm your child’s attendance;

b. consent to us providing your and your child’s details to the Perth Wildcats for the purpose of attending the clinic; 

c. provide any waiver and accept any terms and conditions required by the Perth Wildcats for attendance at the clinic;

d. be able to transport yourself and your child to and from the clinic and supervise your child for the duration of the clinic; and

e. otherwise demonstrate that you can comply with these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions required by the Perth Wildcats.

10. If you are not offered a place in the clinic, P&N Bank may keep your details on a waitlist and may offer you a place should additional places become available. 

Promotional activities

11. By attending the clinic, you agree that:

a. you and your child will participate and cooperate as reasonably required in editorial activities relating to the clinic, including photographs and video footage being taken during the clinic and being interviewed; and 

b. you grant P&N Bank a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such photographs and footage in all media worldwide, including social media sites; and

c. you will not be entitled to any fee or attribution for such use.

General

12. P&Ns determination of the validity of a registration or acceptance of a place in the clinic is at its sole and exclusive discretion and is final.  

13. Places in the clinic are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

14. The time and location of the clinic is subject to change, and it may also be cancelled for reasons beyond P&N Bank’s controls. P&N Bank will where possible provide you with notice of any change or cancellation.

15. The Perth Wildcats provide the clinic, and not P&N Bank. P&N Bank does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by the Perth Wildcats or other third parties associated with the clinic. P&N Bank is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by any registration for or attendance at the clinic.

16. P&N Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained because of attending the clinic. P&N Bank make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the clinic or any goods or services offered in connection with the clinic. To the extent permitted by law, P&N Bank is not liable for any loss suffered to any person or damage to any property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by P&N Bank or the Perth Wildcats, in connection with the arrangement of the clinic or any attendance of the clinic.

17. P&N Bank collects personal information to offer and provide the clinic in accordance with these terms and conditions. If you do not provide the requested information, P&N Bank may not be able to register you for the clinic or you may not be able to attend if offered a place.
