1. This Promotion is the P&N Bank Perth Wildcats VIP Valentine’s Experience Competition – February 2026.
2. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter is Police & Nurses Limited (P&N Bank), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
4. The Promotion is conducted in Western Australia only.
5. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 9.00am (AWST) on 02/02/2026 and closes at 11.59pm (AWST) on 06/02/2026.
6. There is one Prize for the Promotion, consisting of one (1) corporate box holding a maximum of six (6) people, including catering, to:
i. The Perth Wildcats game held on 13 February, 2026 at RAC Arena vs Brisbane Bullets.
7. The Prize is valued at up to $3,200+GST.
8. During the Promotion Period the Promotion may be promoted on social media posts (Promotion Posts) on the P&N Bank Facebook page and/or Instagram page and on Perth Wildcats social media and communications channels. The Promotion may also be promoted by email to recipients listed on the Wildcats database. In each Promotion Post there will be a link to an Entry Form to enter.
9. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be a resident of Western Australia;
b. be18 years or older;
c. during the Promotion Period fill in the Entry Form by providing the requested information including your full name, a current email address and telephone number.
10. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
11. Eligible participants may enter the Promotion only once.
12. There is no fee for entry into the Promotion.
13. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place by random electronic draw at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth on 9 February 2026 at approximately 11.00am AWST. The Prize Draw will be observed by a P&N Bank Senior Manager.
14. The Eligible Participant whose entry is the first valid entry randomly electronically selected from the draw will be the Winner for the draw. P&N Bank offers the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
15. There will be one winner in the Promotion. The winner may then choose five people to attend the game in the corporate box with them.
16. Each Winner will be notified by either telephone or email on the day of the Prize Draw.
17. In order to accept and redeem the Prize, a Winner must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. following notification of their win, make contact with P&N Bank before 5.00pm AWST on 11 February 2026;
c. consent to P&N Bank providing their contact details to Perth Wildcats Basketball Pty Ltd (ABN 16 162 327 077) (Perth Wildcats); and
d. comply with any electronic voucher redemption and/or booking processes and/or terms and conditions as required by the Perth Wildcats or RAC Arena.
18. P&N Bank reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances:
a. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions; or
b. ifa Winner does not make contact with P&N Bank before 5.00pm AWST on 11 February 2026, following notification of their win.
19. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of P&N Bank. P&N Bank’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by P&N Bank.
20. P&N Bank reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
21. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. P&N Bank is not responsible for any variation in the value of any Prize between the commencement of each Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
22. If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, P&N Bank reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available at P&N Bank.
24. P&N Bank does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties as a result of a Winner’s use of a Prize. P&N Bank is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner as a result of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a prize.
25. The Winner agrees to:
a. participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grant P&N Bank a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
26. P&N Bank collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that P&N Bank may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to that entrant. 27. Perth Wildcats is not the promoter of this Promotion, and any queries should be directed to P&N Bank.
28. Facebook and Instagram are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta). All entrants:
a. fully release Meta from all liability arising out of these Promotion;
b. acknowledge that the Promotion are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta; and
c. understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Promotion is disclosed to P&N Bank and not Meta.
