The rate discount offer is available only to new and existing customers who apply directly via the P&N website for residential owner-occupied purchase or refinance home loans, with a minimum of $100,000 in new money borrowing and a maximum LVR of 80% (Offer).

Customers must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the online home loan rate discount offer:

  • The home loan must be new to P&N bank and for either: the refinance of an existing loan from another financial institution or the purchase of a new or existing home (Home Loan)
  • Refinances of an existing P&N home loans are permitted if it includes an additional new money borrowing of a minimum of $100,000
  • Home loans for residential investment and owner-occupied construction purposes are not eligible under this offer
  • The Loan to Valuation Ratio (LVR) of the Home Loan must be a maximum of 80% or less
    • Discount will be offered on standard carded rate for the below P&N products only
      - P&N Basic Variable Home Loan <60% LVR
      - P&N Basic Variable Home Loan 60 – 70% LVR
      - P&N Basic Variable Home Loan 70 – 80% LVR
  • The Home Loan may be split across other eligible products, provided the total new money borrowing is at least $100,000 and each split product meets its applicable minimum loan amount. However, the rate discount will apply only to the products listed above
  • The Offer is not available for any other product, including but not limited to equity lines of credit, bridging loans or loans for construction purposes
  • First home buyers are eligible as along as LVR criteria met
  • Offer is not available for applications originated via Branches, Mobile lenders or Contact Centre Consultants
  • This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other home loan offer
  • All other home loans terms and conditions apply

This Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

This Offer can be amended and/or withdrawn by PNL Group at any time without notice. Applications received prior to any amendment or withdrawal will still be eligible for the discount in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of submission.
