1. This Promotion is the ‘Win a P&N Bank account loaded with $2,000 promotion’.
2. The Promoter is P&N Bank (a division of Police & Nurses Limited), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
3. The Promotion is conducted in Western Australia only.
4. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 12.01am, 1 June 2026 AWST and closes at 11.59pm, 30 September 2026 AWST.
5. There is one Prize for the Promotion. The Prize is $2,000 AUD deposited via Electronic Funds Transfer into an active P&N Bank transaction account held in the Winner’s name.
6. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be a resident of Western Australia;
b. be 18 years or older;
c. if selected as a Winner of the Promotion, open a P&N Bank transaction account of your choosing or be an existing P&N Bank customer holding an active P&N Bank transaction account;
d. during the Promotion Period, fill in the Entry Form by providing the requested information including your full name, a current email address and telephone number;
7. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
8. Eligible participants may enter the Promotion only once.
9. There is no fee for entry into the Promotion.
10. On the entry form, participants have the option to opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Participants will only receive future marketing communications from the Promoter if they have provided express opt-in consent. Participants have the ability to unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications at any time.
a. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. For more information about how the Promoter may use personal information, please refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available from the Promoter.
b. P&N marketing communications may include emails, SMS or posts about new products, services, news and offers.
c. Participants have the ability to opt-out of receiving marketing at any time.
11. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place by random electronic draw at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth on 1 October 2026 at approximately 11.00am AWST. The Prize Draw will be observed by a P&N Bank Senior Manager.
12. The eligible participant whose entry is the first valid entry randomly electronically selected from the draw will be the Winner for the draw. P&N Bank offers the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
13. There will be one Winner in the Promotion.
14. The Winner will be notified by either telephone or email on the day of the Prize Draw.
15. In order to accept and redeem the Prize, the winner must:
a. Demonstrate that they comply with these Terms and Conditions;
16. Following notification of their win, make contact with P&N Bank by 5:00pm, 8 October 2026 AWST and:
a. If an existing P&N Bank customer holding an active P&N Bank transaction account, provide the account details of their P&N Bank transaction account for Prize funds to be deposited to and provide any identify verification to the Promoter upon request; or.
b. If not a current P&N Bank customer, open a P&N Bank transaction account and provide their nominated account details and any identity verification to the Promoter on request to receive the Prize.
17. The Winner acknowledges that opening a bank account is a personal decision. The Promoter does not provide any financial, legal, or tax advice regarding the suitability of any banking product for the Winner’s individual circumstances.
18. The Prize will be paid into the Winner’s nominated P&N Bank transaction account within 30 days of the Winner providing their nominated account details to the Promoter and providing identity verification to the Promoter (whichever occurs last).
19. P&N Bank reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the following circumstances:
a. if an eligible participant, claiming to be a Winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions; or
b. if a Winner does not make contact with P&N Bank before 5.00pm AWST on 8 October 2026, following notification of their win.
20. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of P&N Bank. P&N Bank’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by P&N Bank.
21. P&N Bank reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
22. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available at P&N Bank.
23. The Prize is not provided as physical cash, is not exchangeable and is not transferable.
24. Any taxes or bank fees associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
25. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any delays in banking processing times or incorrect account details provided by the Winner.
26. P&N Bank does not accept any responsibility, and will not be liable, for any additional conditions imposed by third parties as a result of a Winner’s use of a Prize. P&N Bank is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, any loss, damage or claim that may be incurred by a Winner as a result of a Winner’s decision to accept or use a prize.
27. The Winner agrees to:
a. participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grant P&N Bank a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
28. P&N Bank collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. If the requested information is not provided, the entrant may be ineligible to participate or claim the Prize.
