1. This Promotion is the Follow and Comment to Win One of Ten Passes to the Perth Wildcats Kids Clinic presented by P&N Bank on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
2. The Promoter is P&N Bank (a division of Police & Nurses Limited), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
3. The Promotion is conducted in Western Australia only.
4. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 12.01am, 23 September 2026 AWST and closes at 11.59pm, 4 October 2026 AWST.
5. There are 10 Prizes available for the Promotion. Each Prize consists of one pass for a child aged 8 to 12 years old to attend the Perth Wildcats Kids Clinic presented by P&N Bank on Wednesday 14 October 2026. Each Prize has an approximate value of AUD $80. The total Prize pool value is approximately $800.
6. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be 18 years or older;
b. living in Australia;
c. enter in one or more of the following ways:
i. Instagram Entry: follow @pnbankwa on Instagram and comment on P&N Bank’s promotional post on Instagram during the Promotion Period, answering in 25 words or less why their child should attend; or
ii. Facebook Entry: follow P&N Bank’s official Facebook Page and comment on P&N Bank’s promotional post during the Promotion Period, answering in 25 words or less why their child should attend;
For example:
Sarah (21 years old) is an existing @pnbankwa follower on Instagram who comments three times on P&N Bank’s promotional posts on Instagram during the Promotion Period. Sarah is recognised as an eligible participant on Instagram only (three entry).
Sam (55 years old) follows P&N Bank’s official Facebook Page and @pnbankwa on Instagram and comments on both Facebook and Instagram, each in under 25 words, explaining why their child deserves to attend during the Promotion Period. Sam is recognised as an eligible participant on both Facebook and Instagram (two entries).
Carl (35 years old) is an existing follower of P&N Bank’s official Facebook Page but does not follow @pnbankwa on Instagram. Carl comments on both Facebook and Instagram, each under 25 words, explaining why his child deserves to attend during the Promotion Period. Carl is recognised as an eligible participant on Facebook only (one entry).
7. The Prize may only be redeemed for a child aged between 8 and 12 years old as at the date of the Perth Wildcats Kids Clinic. Winners must ensure the child attending the clinic meets this age requirement.
8. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory, or infringe any person’s rights. The Promoter may remove or disqualify any entry that it considers inappropriate.
9. There is no maximum entry limit.
10. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
11. There is no fee for entry into the Promotion.
12. Entries will be judged by the Promoter at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth on Monday 5 October 2026 at approximately 11am AWST. The judging will not be open to the public and will be conducted by a panel appointed by the Promoter.
13. The 10 eligible participants whose entries are judged by the Promoter to be the most creative, original and compelling responses to why their child should attend will be the Winners. P&N Bank offers the Prize as a game of skill for those who are eligible to participate. Chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
14. There will be 10 Winners for the Promotion.
15. Winners will be notified via the platform through which their winning entry was made (either Instagram or Facebook) on the day of judging.
16. To accept and redeem the Prize, the Winner must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. following notification of their win, contact the Promoter by 2pm, Wednesday 7 October 2026 AWST;
c. confirm that the child who will attend is aged between 8 and 12 years old as at the event date;
d. consent to the Promoter providing their contact details to Perth Wildcats; and
e. comply with any electronic ticket redemption and/or booking processes as required by Perth Wildcats.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to select replacement winners if any Winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or does not contact the Promoter by 2pm, Wednesday 7 October 2026 AWST. Replacement winners will be selected in accordance with clause 12 at the same place as the original judging at 11am AWST on Thursday 8 October 2026 (or as soon as practicable thereafter). If a replacement Winner does not validly accept the Prize in accordance with clause 16 by 2pm AWST on Monday 12 October 2026, the Prize will not be awarded because of the timing of the event to which the Prize relates.
18. Winner's name and comment may be published on the Promoter’s official Instagram and Facebook.
19. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of P&N Bank. P&N Bank’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by P&N Bank.
20. P&N Bank reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
21. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of the Prize between the Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
22. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
23. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, acts of God, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of any Government Department as may be required.
24. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, damage, or liability suffered or incurred by an eligible participant or Winner in connection with this Promotion or the Prize (except to the extent of the fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct of the Promoter (including that of its officers, employees, contractors, or agents). The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as the Prize. Nothing under this clause limits any eligible participant or Winner’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
25. The Winner:
a. agrees to participate and cooperate as reasonably required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in its promotional materials, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledges and accept that they are not entitled to any fee for such use.
26. P&N Bank collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. If the requested information is not provided, the entrant may be ineligible to participate or claim the Prize.
27. Perth Wildcats is not the promoter of this Promotion, and any queries should be directed to P&N Bank.
28. Facebook and Instagram are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta). All entrants:
a. acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta;
b. understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Promotion is disclosed to the Promotor and not Meta; and
c. to the extent permitted by law, release Meta from any liability arising out of this Promotion.
