1. This Promotion is the Win a Corporate Box Experience at the Perth Wildcats Home Game on Sunday 8 November 2026.
2. The Promoter is P&N Bank (a division of Police & Nurses Limited), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
3. The Promotion is conducted in Western Australia only.
4. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 12.01am AWST, 26 October 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AWST, 1 November 2026.
5. There is one Prize for the Promotion. The prize is one corporate box for six people to the Perth Wildcats game at RAC Arena on 8 November 2026. The total Prize value is approximately AUD $3,000.
6. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be 18 years or older;
b. living in Australia;
c. during the Promotion Period, fill in the Entry Form by providing the requested information including your full name, a current email address and telephone number.
7. There is a maximum limit of one entry per person.
8. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
9. There is no fee for entry into the Promotion.
10. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place by random electronic draw at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth on 2 November 2026 at approximately 11am AWST. The Prize Draw is not open to the public and will be observed by a senior manager of the Promoter.
11. The eligible participant whose entry is the first valid entry randomly electronically selected from the draw will be the Winner for the draw. P&N Bank offers the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
12. There will be one Winner for the Promotion.
13. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Winner using contact details provided in the entry form.
14. To accept and redeem the Prize, the Winner must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. following notification of their win, confirm acceptance of the Prize and ability to attend the event by 12pm AWST, Tuesday 3 November 2026;
c. consent to the Promoter providing their contact details to Perth Wildcats; and
d. comply with any electronic ticket redemption and/or booking processes as required by Perth Wildcats.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if a Winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or does not confirm acceptance of the Prize by 12pm AWST, Tuesday 3 November 2026 . The redraw will be conducted in accordance with clause 10 at the same place as the original draw at 1pm AWST on Tuesday 3 November 2026 (or as soon as practicable thereafter). If the redrawn Winner does not validly confirm acceptance of the Prize in accordance with clause 14 by 2pm AWST on Wednesday 4 November 2026, the Prize will not be awarded because of the timing of the event to which the Prize relates.
16. Winner's first name and last initial will be published on the Promoter’s official Instagram and Facebook.
17. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of P&N Bank. P&N Bank’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by P&N Bank.
18. P&N Bank reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
19. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of the Prize between the Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
20. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
21. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, acts of God, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of any Government Department as may be required.
22. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, damage, or liability suffered or incurred by an eligible participant or Winner in connection with this Promotion or the Prize (except to the extent of the fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct of the Promoter (including that of its officers, employees, contractors, or agents). They make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as the Prize. Nothing under this clause limits any eligible participant or Winner’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
23. The Winner:
a. agrees to participate and cooperate as reasonably required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in its promotional materials, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that they are not entitled to any fee for such use.
24. P&N Bank collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. If the requested information is not provided, the entrant may be ineligible to participate or claim the Prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available online or on request. Participants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, including by email and SMS about products, services, news and offers. Consent to receive marketing is optional and is not a condition of entry. Participants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
25. Perth Wildcats is not the promoter of this Promotion, and any queries should be directed to P&N Bank.
26. Facebook and Instagram are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta). All entrants:
a. acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta;
b. understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Promotion is disclosed to the Promotor and not Meta; and
c. to the extent permitted by law, release Meta from any liability arising out of this Promotion.
