1. This Promotion is the Follow and Comment to Win a Double Pass to the Perth Wildcats Home Game on Saturday 26 September 2026.
2. The Promoter is P&N Bank (a division of Police & Nurses Limited), ABN 69 087 651 876, AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 240701, Level 6, 556 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, telephone 13 25 77.
3. The Promotion is conducted in Western Australia only.
4. The Promotion Period for the Promotion commences at 12.01am, 7 September 2026 AWST and closes at 11.59pm, 13 September 2026 AWST.
5. There is one prize for the Promotion. The prize is one double pass (18 years or older) to the Perth Wildcats game at RAC Arena on 26 September 2026. The total Prize value is approximately AUD $218.
6. To be eligible to participate in a Promotion you must:
a. be 18 years or older;
b. living in Australia;
c. enter in one or more of the following ways:
i. Instagram Entry: follow @pnbankwa on Instagram and comment on P&N Bank’s promotional post on Instagram during the Promotion Period; or
ii. Facebook Entry: follow P&N Bank’s official Facebook Page and comment on P&N Bank’s promotional post on Facebook during the Promotion Period;
For example:
Sarah (21 years old) is an existing @pnbankwa follower on Instagram who comments three times on P&N Bank’s promotional posts on Instagram during the Promotion Period. Sarah is recognised as an eligible participant on Instagram only (three entry).
Sam (55 years old) follows P&N Bank’s official Facebook Page and @pnbankwa on Instagram and comments on P&N Bank’s promotional post on both Facebook and Instagram during the Promotion Period. Sam is recognised as an eligible participant on both Facebook and Instagram (two entries).
Carl (35 years old) is an existing follower of P&N Bank’s official Facebook Page but does not follow @pnbankwa on Instagram. Carl comments on P&N Bank’s promotional post on both Facebook and Instagram during the Promotion Period. Carl is recognised as an eligible participant on Facebook only (one entry).
7. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory, or infringe any person’s rights. The Promoter may remove or disqualify any entry that it considers inappropriate
8. There is no maximum entry limit.
9. Employees of P&N Bank and their immediate families, and P&N Bank’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
10. There is no fee for entry into the Promotion.
11. A Prize Draw for the Promotion will take place by random electronic draw at P&N Bank’s Head Office at Level 6, 556 Wellington St, Perth on 14 September 2026 at approximately 11.00am AWST. The Prize Draw is not open to the public and will be observed by a senior manager of the Promoter.
12. The eligible participant whose entry is the first valid entry randomly electronically selected from the draw will be the Winner for the draw. P&N Bank offers the Prize as a game of chance for those who are eligible to participate.
13. There will be one Winner for the Promotion.
14. The Winner will be notified via the platform through which their winning entry was made (either Instagram or Facebook) the day of Prize Draw.
15. To accept and redeem the Prize, the Winner must:
a. demonstrate that they comply with these terms and conditions;
b. following notification of their win, contact the Promoter by 5.00pm, Wednesday 16 September 2026 AWST;
c. consent to the Promoter providing their contact details to Perth Wildcats; and
d. comply with any electronic ticket redemption and/or booking processes as required by Perth Wildcats.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if a Winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or does not contact the Promoter by 5.00pm, Wednesday 16 September 2026 AWST. The redraw will be conducted in accordance with clause 11 at the same place as the original draw at 2.00pm AWST on Thursday 17 September 2026 (or as soon as practicable thereafter). If the redrawn Winner does not validly accept the Prize in accordance with clause 13 by 12.00pm AWST on Monday 21 September 2026, the Prize will not be awarded because of the timing of the event to which the Prize relates.
17. Winner's first name and last initial will be published on the Promoter’s official Instagram and Facebook.
18. The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of P&N Bank. P&N Bank’s decision in relation to who is an eligible participant and whether an eligible participant can satisfy these Terms and Conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as provided by law or code and as accepted by P&N Bank.
19. P&N Bank reserves the right to disqualify any eligible participant who tampers with the entry process.
20. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of the Prize between the Promotion Period and the date of redemption.
21. If he Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
22. If or any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, acts of God, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of any Government Department as may be required.
23. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, damage, or liability suffered or incurred by an eligible participant or Winner in connection with this Promotion or the Prize (except to the extent of the fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct of the Promoter (including that of its officers, employees, contractors, or agents). The make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as the Prize. Nothing under this clause limits any eligible participant or Winner’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
24. The Winner:
a. agrees to participate and cooperate as reasonably required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including being interviewed and photographed; and
b. grant he Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in its promotional materials, including online social networking sites; and
c. acknowledge and accept that they are not entitled to any fee for such use.
25. P&N Bank collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this Promotion that this information is provided. If the requested information is not provided, the entrant may be ineligible to participate or claim the Prize.
26. Perth Wildcats is not the promoter of this Promotion, and any queries should be directed to P&N Bank.
27. Facebook and Instagram are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (Meta). All entrants:
a. acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta;
b. understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Promotion is disclosed to the Promotor and not Meta; and
c. to the extent permitted by law, release Meta from any liability arising out of this Promotion.
