As a customer-owned bank, we frequently review our banking channels to ensure we are delivering value and benefit to all our members both now and in the future.

Our latest review highlighted an opportunity to optimise and evolve the location of our P&N branches to ensure we remain relevant and competitive for our members.

As a result of the review, we are pleased to announce that our Innaloo and Warwick branches are moving to Karrinyup Shopping Centre and our Belmont and Maddington branches are moving to Carousel Shopping Centre.

Improving the member experience at our branches

We are committed to continuously improving our member experience and community focus. We want our branches to be an accessible and inclusive space for all our members.

As a result, we are introducing a concierge at our Karrinyup and Carousel Branches to ensure your banking experience is quicker and easier. This will be supported by in-branch self-serve banking technology and our team will be there to guide you how to use it.

In addition, we have engaged community consultants with expertise in neurodiversity and disability to provide input on our new branch designs to continually improve the member experience across our branch network into the future. You will start to see these changes implemented at our Karrinyup and Carousel Branches with an accessible service desk.

We are here to help

We understand that some members may need some assistance with this change in their banking. The team at Belmont, Maddington, Innaloo and Warwick, our Contact Centre, and all our branches are available to assist, so please get in contact if you need any help.

Should you have any questions please reach out to the team at either branch or call us on 13 25 77.
