P&N Bank has announced interest rate changes following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s (RBA) decision to increase the official cash rate by 0.25% p.a. to 3.85% on 3 February 2026.

Home loans and personal loans
P&N Bank will increase all our variable home loan and variable personal loan interest rates by 0.25% p.a., effective 18 February 2026. Customers will receive communications with details relating to their specific loans in the coming weeks.
Deposits customers
P&N Bank will increase the interest rates between 0.10-0.25% p.a. on selected variable deposit products effective 1 March 2026. Key rate increases include:
- Hi Saver bonus interest rate will increase by 0.25% p.a.
- Savvy Saver bonus interest rate will increase by 0.10% p.a.
- Smart Saver bonus interest rate will increase by 0.15% p.a.
- Way Cool Saver and Business Saver interest rate will increase by 0.25% p.a.
Customers will be able to see the details relating to their specific deposit products in the P&N Bank app and internet banking from 1 March 2026.

Market comparisons show that our rates continue to be competitive. We encourage customers to always compare like-for-like products and pricing across the market, rather than focusing solely on timing and degree of any rate changes. Many organisations, like us, adjust their rates outside standard cycle periods.
