We are thrilled to announce P&N Bank has been named Bank of the Year 2023 in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards!

As an achievement only possible thanks to feedback from our customers, we are so proud of this recognition and would like to say a massive thank you to all those who voted.

Roy Morgan tracks customer satisfaction, trust, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and Net Promoter Scores across a wide range of industries and brands. Underpinned by data from real people sharing their real experiences, over 60,000 Australians were surveyed to find out the companies they dealt with across more than 30 industries and rate how satisfied they were with them.

General Manager P&N Bank, Angela Newland said it was exceptional to be named Bank of the Year and to see our people, who are so motivated and driven by customer satisfaction, recognised for their amazing work.  

“Many of our customers have developed genuine relationships with our people and a strong connection to our bank and what we stand for, and this award reflects this sentiment,” Ms Newland said.

“It’s because of them that we continue to focus on providing an outstanding customer experience through our service and products, listening to their feedback to find better ways of doing things”.

“Whether our customers love to visit our branches, call our Perth-based call centre, interact with us digitally or through their broker – providing seamless, transparent, and personalised service is at the heart of everything we do.

“This recognition is testament to the commitment of our people in putting our customers at the forefront of everything we do.”

Monthly Customer Satisfaction winners are recorded in each category throughout the year, with the annual award going to the company with the most monthly wins. P&N Bank achieved the highest 12-month average satisfaction score at 94.7%, which resulted in our Bank of the Year 2023 award.
