In response to the continued decline in visitors to our Perth CBD branch, we have decided to permanently close our branch located on St Georges Terrace, effective from 5:00pm Wednesday 31 August 2022.
Visits from existing and new members to the Perth CBD branch have been declining for several years due to CBD workers spending more time working from home. Many of our members are also opting to utilise P&N Bank’s online and digital banking facilities.
Where can I do my banking?
Our Perth, Kings Square Service Hub will continue to offer select cashless banking services in the Perth CBD. The nearest full-service branches are located at Westfield Innaloo, Morley Galleria, and Belmont Forum shopping centres. For a complete list of branches, visit our location finder on our website.

If you have an ATM card, you can make deposits and withdrawals using the Bank@Post service, at an Australia Post office. The nearest Australia Post to the Perth Branch is located at Shop 1/378 Wellington St, Perth WA 6000. Please note fees may apply to Bank@Post transactions depending on your account type.

Call 13 25 77 for general queries related to your accounts. Our Contact Centre is open between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays (AWST).
