Proposed approach for "Bank with confidence" section for everyday, transaction, and business account product pages, and the additional fraud protection section to include on cards pages. The suggested copy from Emma was as follows:
Bank with confidence
- Real-time fraud monitoring
- Secure digital banking
- Card controls and blocking features
- Multi-factor authentication
- Dedicated Australian-based support
This copy was the same for both sections. The cards pages one didn't include a heading
My thoughts are that this could perhaps sit under the "Open a bank account online in minutes" block on the account pages. Happy to leave final placement and recommendations for where it should live on the cards pages with AGW and AC.
Top and bottom padding on outer block will need to be adjusted accordindly depending on surrounding blocks.
Note: "WA-based team" will need to be changed to "local team", and icon colour will need to be changed to orange for BCU.

Proposed approach for the scam prevention messaging. The suggested copy from Emma was as follows:
Before sending money or making a payment, take a moment to verify who you're paying.
- Double-check account details before sending money
- Be cautious of urgent payment requests
- Verify changes to supplier or invoice details
- Be cautious sending money to someone you've only met online
- Stop and verify using Confirmation of Payee [linked]
- Contact us if something doesn't feel right
If you're being pressured to act quickly, stop and verify first.
On the international payments page, I think this would best sit directly under the vertical tabs. The ways to pay page is a but busier, so happy to leave placement recommendations with AGW and AC.
Top and bottom padding on outer block will need to be adjusted accordindly depending on surrounding blocks.
Note: Confirmation of Payee link, border colour (#FF6400) and icon colour (text-typography-2) will need to be updated for BCU.
Stop and check before you pay
Before sending money or making a payment, take a moment to check who you're paying and make sure the details are correct.
- Double-check account details before sending money
- Be cautious of urgent requests for payment
- Verify any changes to supplier, invoice or payment details
- Be careful when sending money to someone you've only met online
- Use Confirmation of Payee to help verify who you're paying
- Contact us if something doesn't feel right
If you're being pressured to act quickly, stop, think, and verify first.
