Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards
We were named Bank of the Year 2023 in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Roy Morgan tracks customer satisfaction, trust, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and Net Promoter Scores across a wide range of industries and brands. Monthly Customer Satisfaction winners are recorded in each category throughout the year, with the annual award going to the company with the most monthly wins.
P&N Bank scored six straight monthly wins from January to June 2023 and achieved the highest 12-month average satisfaction score.
Money Magazine Best of the Best Awards 2024
We were awarded 'Best Value Long Term Deposit Award' at the 2024 Money Magazine Best of the Best Awards.
Money Magazine assess hundreds of product providers and thousands of their products, choices, and options as part of their award process to then celebrate lenders offering flexible variable home loans and term deposits.
RateCity Gold Awards 2024
Three of our home loans were recognised in the RateCity Home Loan awards.
Our & Basic Home Loan was awarded with the Best Small Deposit Home Loan award.
Our & Investor Home Loan was awarded with the Best Investor Variable Loan award.
And last but not least, our Fixed Home Loan - 2 Year was awarded the Best Investor 2-Year Fixed Interest Only Home Loan award.
Finder Awards 2023
Two of our home loans received Highly Commended in the Finder Home Loan Product Awards.
The P&N Bank & Investor Basic Home Loan was highly commended in the Investor Home Loan - P&I Variable category.
The P&N Bank Fixed Home Loan - 2 Year (LVR <80%, Owner Occupier) was highly commended in the Owner Occupier Home Loan - 2 Year Fixed category.

DBM Australian Financial Awards 2023
We were awarded 'Most Recommended Customer Owned Bank' and 'Best Customer Service' at the 2023 DBM Financial Awards.
