Supporting our nurses

P&N’s close relationship with nurses and health workers goes back well before 1990, when the WA Nurses Credit Society merged with the Police Credit Society.

So as well as thanking our nurses for keeping us safe, we’re finding ways to support you better, as you support WA.

Introducing priority support

We’re making it easier for you to access our P&N service team by introducing a special direct nurses support email address ([email protected]) that ensures your requests are picked up as a priority by people who understand you and your world.

Nurses' Banking Package

In recognition of our strong bond with the nursing sector, we’re also offering a number of benefits for nurses and health workers that we hope you will find of value:

  • $1,500 cashback on eligible new home loans
  • No establishment or monthly fees on home loans
  • 100% of overtime income taken into consideration when assessing new loan applications
  • Participation in the government’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme as the only approved WA lender
  • 100% transactional balance interest offset
  • Priority support email address
  • Dedicated mobile Home Loan Specialists and Financial Planners

If you’re looking for a home loan, find out more about our Nurses' Banking Package or get in touch with our dedicated Home Loan Relationship Managers, Ross Inglis (0413 200 453) and Jess Nguyen (0428 800 661), available seven days a week to help you.

If you need more support

If you already have a home loan with us, as a P&N member you may also be eligible for our Covid-19 home loan relief option, allowing you to take a repayment pause for up to six months.

In addition, if you know someone doing it tough at the moment, you can also nominate them for a Empowerment grant. Providing they are eligible, those you nominate do not need to be a member of P&N Bank.

Lending criteria, terms and conditions apply.
