P&N Bank is committed to supporting Western Australia’s communities through our Empowerment Grants program, which helps not-for-profits create positive change and promote equity.

Twice a year, we award $30,000 in grants to three not-for-profits and our customers play a vital role by voting on how these funds are distributed.

Below are organisations supported through the Empowerment Grants program to date.

December 2025

Orana House – $15,000

Provides safe refuge, crisis accommodation, and ongoing support for women and children escaping family and domestic violence. Funding supported essential services that help families rebuild their lives with safety, dignity, and stability. Find out more: orana.net.au

Feed It Forward – $10,000

Rescues surplus food and redistributes it to people experiencing food insecurity across Western Australia. Grant funding helped transform food waste into nutritious meals while strengthening community connections. Find out more: feeditforward.org.au

Motivation Foundation – $5,000

Supports young West Australians by delivering practical training and confidence-building pathways into civil construction careers. Funding contributed to hands-on programs that improve employment outcomes. Find out more: motivationfoundation.com.au

June 2025

Sam’s Spares – $15,000

Refurbishes and distributes technology to people experiencing hardship, improving access to transport, independence, and wellbeing. Funding supported tech repairs and distribution to individuals and community organisations across WA. Find out more: samsspares.org

Healing Smiles – $10,000

Provides free dental care to survivors of domestic violence, restoring health, confidence, and dignity. Grant funding supported continued access to essential dental treatment for women and families in need. Find out more: healingsmiles.com.au

Redgum Justice – $5,000

Delivers culturally responsive legal education and advocacy for disadvantaged communities. Funding supported community-led initiatives that improve access to justice and legal understanding. Find out more: redgumjustice.org.au

Worthy Australia – $15,000

Reduces the impact of homelessness by creating employment pathways and delivering social enterprise initiatives. Grant funding supported programs that empower people to regain stability, dignity, and independence. Find out more: worthyaustralia.org

Give Write – $10,000

Improves literacy outcomes for children in remote and disadvantaged communities by providing books and educational resources. Funding helped increase access to reading materials that support early learning success. Find out more: givewrite.org.au

Carey Right Track Foundation – $5,000

Supports young people at risk through education, mentoring, and life skills programs that help them re-engage with learning. Funding contributed to improved confidence, resilience, and long-term outcomes. Find out more: careyrighttrack.asn.au

June 2024

Homelessness We Care Perth – $15,000

Supports people experiencing homelessness through food services, outreach, and essential supplies. Funding helped expand frontline services and improve access to basic needs. 

Mosaic Community Care Disability Services – $10,000

Delivers disability services that promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life. Funding supported service delivery that empowers participants and supports their families. Find out more: mosaic.org.au

Aboriginal Family Legal Service – $5,000

Provides culturally safe legal support to Aboriginal people affected by family and domestic violence. Grant funding supported legal advocacy and early intervention services for families. Find out more: afls.org.au

On My Feet – $15,000

Uses fitness and running programs to support people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage. Grant funding helped deliver inclusive programs that build confidence, connection, and wellbeing. Find out more: onmyfeet.org.au

Women’s Health and Family Services – $10,000

Institute of Indigenous Wellbeing and Sport of WA Aboriginal Corporation – $5,000
