System requirements

P&N Bank is committed to ensuring the safety of it's members online therefore we recommend members keep their Internet Browser up to date to ensure the best possible experience using Internet Banking.

What are the minimum technical requirements for Internet Banking?

Minimum technical requirements:

  • Internet Explorer version 11 + (including Microsoft Edge)
  • Google Chrome version 30 +
  • Mozilla Firefox version 27 +
  • Apple Safari version 7 + (Desktop) and 5 + (Mobile)
  • Android Browser version 5 + (Mobile)

What if I have a older web browser?

Older versions of these browsers use outdated security protocols which are considered insecure and support is being phased out by most secure websites.

What about alternative browsers?

Browsers other than those listed above may still work if they support newer security protocols, however, because unsupported browsers aren’t fully tested, certain parts of Internet Banking may not work perfectly when accessed via an unsupported browser.

How do I upgrade my web browser?

To upgrade your Internet Browser or for further technical support please refer to your browser provider linked below.
