Digital banking solutions to help you

With cash usage currently being minimised for health and safety reasons and some of our branches temporarily closed, our digital wallets, mobile banking app and internet banking may be your best friend. From making instant transfers to your friends or family members, to not having to carry your wallet around, we have a digital solution for most of your everyday transactions.

Our internet banking and mobile app can help you stay on top of your payments and your accounts, as well as managing your cards to keep you safe when purchasing.

  • Set up your digital wallet to pay with your phone, limiting your need to touch the Eftpos machine. You can link Apple Pay directly through the app or link your card within your Google Pay™ or Samsung Pay.
  • Manage your cards – with our award-winning card control functionality, you can lock your card, turn on or off Tap & Go, as well as manage your purchase and withdrawal settings for online purchases, digital purchases and ATMs, both in Australia and internationally.
  • Stay on top of your bills - get notified if your account is overdrawn.
  • Know when your payments are due – turn on push notifications for upcoming loan or credit card payments or be notified about overdue payments.
  • Pay anyone, instantly*. With Osko by BPAY, you can transfer money to other people who bank with participating banks, with funds available to them usually within a minute. You can also set up your PayID to link your mobile number or email address to your account, rather than having to remember your BSB and account number.
  • Change your PIN.
  • Redraw from a loan via internet banking.
  • Report a lost or stolen card.
  • Adjust your term deposit instructions using SecureMail through internet banking.

Plus, we’ve just introduced the ability to create custom nicknames for your accounts on the app – like “Everyday” or “Bills”. Visit the transactions page menu to name your accounts.

We’re continually working on improving our online banking and mobile app to make your experience even better and will keep our website updated as new features go live.
