Days after launching the new digital end-to-end application process, P&N Bank members have been able to secure their money on the same day they applied for a personal loan.
This is Anne’s story
Our existing member Anne Davies* was looking for a loan for her new car.
She applied for a personal loan through P&N Bank’s Internet Banking and, because her member credentials were already verified, her application was pre-filled with her personal information and P&N Bank account data.
Anne completed her application online and once the loan was conditionally approved she uploaded her payslip using Loan Tracker.
Within two hours of her application being processed by a lending specialist, Anne received her contract pack via email. An SMS was also sent to let her know her loan application had been approved.
Anne chose to visit her local branch at Ocean Keys with her contracts and, less than five hours later, she had the money for her personal loan.
This meant she was able to make payment and drive away in her new car the same day she applied for her P&N Bank personal loan!
