Open your account in a branch

You can open your new business account by making an appointment at your nearest P&N branch.

You’ll need to be at least 16 years of age and have your Australian driver's licence or a valid passport. 

You will need to:

  • have a valid ABN,
  • be a sole trader, partnership, company, association, SMSF, trust, or not-for-profit, and
  • be operating in Australia with an Australian address.

If you don’t already bank with us you'll need to bring your Australian driver's licence or a valid Australian passport for ID.

A list of alternative identification documents is available for anyone who:

  • is under 18 years of age
  • is a non-resident
  • doesn't have an Australian photo identity document

  •  be a sole trader, partnership, company, association, SMSF, trust, or not-for-profit, and
  • be operating in Australia with an Australian address.

You can open your new account by making an appointment at your nearest P&N branch.

You should receive your physical Visa Debit card by mail within 7-10 business days.

If you've recently opened a new account online, you can set up your digital card straight away and use it with the digital wallet on your smartphone.

You can link your P&N accounts with accounting software packages MYOB and XERO. 

After you have signed up with your preferred provider they will contact us to allow access to your accounts.
